Islander Red October V2 ISL-323 – Radiant Blue Dial Automatic Dive Watch

The Islander Red October V2 ISL-323 brings back one of Islander's most memorable dive-watch designs, combining a striking radiant sunburst blue dial, ceramic bezel, sapphire crystal and a reliable Japanese automatic movement in a substantial yet surprisingly wearable package.

The original Red October debuted in 2020 as a limited edition of just 200 pieces and sold out within weeks. Following continued demand, Islander created the Red October V2 as an unlimited-production model, updating the design with Arabic numerals and eliminating the special limited-edition caseback. The star of the watch is its vibrant sunburst blue dial. Depending on the light, the finish shifts from deeper blue tones to a much brighter radiant blue. Power comes from the dependable Seiko/TMI NH38 automatic movement. This 24-jewel caliber operates at 21,600 vibrations per hour and offers automatic winding, manual winding and hacking seconds. With no date complication or unused crown position, the NH38 is particularly well suited to the Red October's clean, symmetrical no-date dial. Power reserve is approximately 41 hours. The stainless-steel case measures 42mm in diameter, 14mm thick and just 46mm lug-to-lug, giving it plenty of wrist presence without wearing excessively large.
