Returns:

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Item must be in the same condition received.

All original accessories, packaging, and documentation must be included.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or not as described.
Exchanges:

Exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Subject to inventory availability.

Customers may exchange for another watch of equal or greater value.
Defective Items:

Watches covered by our one-year FTG movement warranty may be repaired, replaced, or exchanged at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items:

Watches modified after delivery.

Items showing signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized repair.
